I received my Masters degree in clinical social work from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in 2010.
I held the position of clinical case manager at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) and I also completed internships at the D.C. Veterans Administration Medical Center as a therapist in the outpatient mental health clinic and at the Armed Forces Retirement Home located in Washington, D.C.
I have experience as a crisis counselor for a suicide hotline and as a therapist for a pro bono counseling program where I provided therapy for challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and grief and loss.
I also provided therapy services for veterans through the Department of Veterans Services in Virginia.
I began my private practice in Virginia and have continued my practice supporting veterans and first responders in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
I have been in private practice for over 14 years. I remain active as a volunteer pilot for an organization providing patient air transport for medical treatment and healing activities.
